A	Anojan ES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was really excited to try it, especially when I saw them making it in the back, I was expecting fresh, soft cinnamon rolls, I ended up getting a microwaved one.
Y	Yvon Pregent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phone a few weeks ahead of Xmas eve and was told that they were NOT taking pre-orders for pickup on Xmas eve, so I arrived at the St Laurent store and wanted a 15 pack of Minibon and was told I could only have 4 of these because they had run out of boxes due to pre-orders at which time I said I was told you could NOT pre-order and then the server told me that head office had changed their mind and were taking pre-orders. On top of not being able to get the 15 pack I was charged the price of ordering 4 seperate Minibon which I think should have been sold at the pack price. What a bunch of crooks.
J	Jessica Coulas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service from the girl at the cash. We wanted to buy a pack of 9 mini buns but then we told that they only a pack of 15. This was confusing because if it was advertised that we could buy 9 on the menu, and they clearly had enough for 15, why couldn’t we buy just 9? While this was strange, we were even more surprised when she just dropped a pre made box on the counter. We could clearly see they had many available that looked freshly made, and when we asked if we could have some of the fresh ones instead because these didn’t even look ready to eat (or fresh), she just pointed at the menu saying they are sold cold and walked away. Clearly she couldn’t be bothered and didn’t care enough to be polite or helpful, which makes me wonder why she even works in customer service with such a poor attitude. We would’ve appreciated if she at least mentioned it at the cash, instead we left feeling like we wasted money on cold and old food. Also the box had dust all over it so the cleanliness of the store is questionable too.

Just paid 6$ for a cinnamon bun that is so dry you can not even swallow it because there's not a drop of icing on it... this is the worst cinnabon I have ever had... what a waste of money

I walk up to cash to order and a young girl comes up to me wearing sunglasses and looks at me, rolls her eyes and says nothing. No hello, no What can I get you. I order and still not a word. She grabs my bun puts it in a box and tosses it on the counter and walks away. Bring in Management please!!

s	soupy b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is a joke. Ordered a 4 pack from Uber eats with 4 icing for each bun. Got one icing and these mismatched dry cinnabons. Try your luck elsewhere. Update: They contacted me and offered a new 4 pack with extra icing the next time I come in to make up for the order. I appreciated the prompt reply.
