I was ready to pay for it right away but decided to just leave instead. poor customer service. employees dont care about customers. dont go there. i recommend you go to softmoc.

I stood with my shoe and waved once to no avail. I waited....not one staff had any eyes on the customers in the store. This location has various reviews about the same thing. Very lazy staff with poor customer service skills. Please do not ask me to contact you to rectify or further discuss this matter. It is what it is.

T	Taylor Golden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy shoes on boxing day and the machine shut down during my debit transaction .(not the workers fault, but the way it was handled was disgusting and sad)... The money went out of my bank TO BROWNS, & was not on hold as my bank confirmed... they kept telling me I couldn't take my shoes that I paid for, because on their system the transaction failed , DESPITE ME CALLING THE BANK LIKE THEY TOLD ME TO!! After 2 hours of fighting I went home and called customer care THE NEXT DAY to clear it up. The manager at this location is the most unqualified, rude, dismissive person I've ever had to deal with. I started to cry because of the situation and she literally told me to stop. When I went back for a full refund the next day she wouldn't even look at me , nor apologize, and ran to the back. Your chain has ultimately lost me as a customer and I will never go to another Brown's again. Train your managers on retail policies and CUSTOMER CARE better please. The whole ordeal was unnecessary and embarrassing..
