This place is amazing when you're looking for beautiful shoes at a great price. They have a large variety, it's just amazing. But if you need a bigger list go to their website before and check for what you like. You also get the location where your product is available. Try it out

We arrived just a few minutes before closing and there were several other customers but we were greeted well and the staff juggled the customers well and helped us find a pair of shoes that fit. The selection was good and prices are reasonable, plus there were some good discounts on sale items.

In the interest of customer care and as a former Assistant Manager of two retail stores… I would like to share my experience in store 3027. Reg: 1 Session: 13459 Cashier: 46728812 - with whom I had this conversation with Trans# 746247 Store: 3027 - St. Laurent Mall, Ottawa, ON Associate: Patricia 46726148 - with whom stood near the cash and witnessed said conversation while previously helping me with my shoes. Cashier: 46728812 started my transaction by asking for my email to which I replied no thank you.... she then said "oh, we need it." I said no thank you again, and she said she needed my email in order to process my transaction. I replied by saying “oh you guys do that now, I’ll take my shoes without a receipt, they’re not coming back. Can you override it?” I very well know this is not the case… she responded by saying “They don’t let us do transactions without emails anymore, we can no longer give people paper copies. ” (my phrasing might be slightly off in that last quote… but it’s fairly close... she specifically said no, paper copies.) Keep in mind, I can very clearly see the receipt stand beside the POS system while this conversation is happening. I now work in marketing and am very familiar with ANTI-SPAM laws. While Cashier: 46728812 processed my transaction I made a comment “it’s interesting you can force someone to provide an email when they buy something, talk about forced consent.” While the cashier continued to process my transaction, my receipt "magically" printed while we all stood there in a long pause. I can clearly see the receipt says “customer copy” so.... I held out my hand and said “oh that must be the “customer copy” receipt.” Cashier: 46728812 then handed me my receipt while avoiding eye contact… and Associate: Patricia 46726148 then tried to make small talk by saying “So what colour is your bridesmaid dress.” I understand quotas if email capture is a goal for the company, but I politely decline my email everywhere I go. How bold to lie to my face repeatedly and then casually watch the receipt print out. Might I recommend, training, correction and a little honesty.

Very dissatisfied with their customer service. I was sold a defective boot and they wouldn’t return due to their policy, fine, then offer a 10% discount which is better than nothing considering it was their faulty product. The manager gave me a refund, but instead of returning my money she actually charged me more. Went back once I had seen it on my bank account to get my refund again and the supervisor gave me my money charged by accident but refused to help any further and stated it was “not his problem” to get the discount that had been initially offered. I will not endorse this company again, refer friends and family. Very dissatisfied with their level of professionalism and customer service skills.

Staff were too busy to greet us as we walked in. I held a shoe in my hand waiting for a staff member to acknowledge me. From behind the cash (ovee 5 feet away), she yells, what size?. She returns hands over the shoes, says they don't have them in the colour I want, but that they could be ordered and walks away. The person I was with had to track her back down to ask her for a different size, which she said they didn't have without checking. Despite liking the shoes, we walked out.

I used to love this place. Things would go on sale, and then there would be a sale on the sale. I remember buying shoes for 25$ tax included. Those days are over. feels like this is owned by Aldo, but it's the cheaper version I guess. employees are always very kind and helpful though!

The staff was very accommodating and courteous. They have a wonderful selection of shoes. This is a great place to get work shoes if you need them.

IS NOT COMMON FROM ME TO RATE SOMEONE BUT TODAY I WAS AMAZED & STILL REMEMBER THR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THE SALES ASSOCIATES DEE. THIS GIRL IS JUST AMAZING IN ASSISTING YOU FINDING WHAT YOU NEED, MATCHING COLORS AND VERY HONEST, NOT JUST TRYING TO SELL. Won't hesitate to look for the size, availability, colors. She needs to teach her skills multitasking with customers and serving them at the best ? ? ? ? I notice tha she was also giving support to her co-woker whenever needed. I never feel so satisfied to spend my money for the first time with doubting.
