I dropped in today (January 26, 2018 at around 4:30) and was in a little bit of a hurry as I had to get back to work. There were a few people in the store and only two employees working and serving people. That meant some of us had to wait our turn. Now as I was being served, a customer beside me was huffing and puffing that she didn't receive her footwear that were supposed to be delivered to her place but she had failed to give an apartment number so the footwear was returned and went to Place D'Orleans. She was so mad and became quite unreasonable. Despite her reaction the employee remained calm, cool, collected and professional. In the meantime, the employee serving me was also doing her best to work quickly and efficiently. Then a customer came up beside me and urgently waving a boot at the lady serving me. So the employee politely told her that she is serving me at the moment and will help her as soon as she is done and that she must wait her turn. The customer then reacted and rolled her eyes and got very upset and wouldn't back away (as I was at the counter and so was she right up close to me). Again, the employee helping me remained poised and professional. I was so impressed with both of them. I don't understand how footwear could be an emergency and give people a ticket to be rude and mistreat these girls who were doing their very best to serve everyone. ( Not their fault that they were short staff). These girls deserve a raise!! Management should be reassured that they have great professional staff.

My first time shopping there, went with my daughter as we both needed new work shoes. Our needs we met and exceeded by Alexandra who for over an hour catered to finding and changing styles and sizes til we found the ones we bought. Would definitely go back, hopefully during a sale as they are a bit pricey. Hopefully the shoes that I bought will last awhile for the price paid.

They had the exact pair of shoes that I wanted and the woman with the long blonde hair was super friendly and very helpful... despite having a manager who was doing absolutely nothing! My mom, sister, and I were lining up to enter the store and this manager was on her phone a lot right in front of customers. Another customer was asking her a question while she was texting, to which she replied, "sorry I was texting my mom", what? Do that on your break. The manager also walked away when we were next in line and we wanted to ask her whether all three of us could go in (we could've but didn't know so my sister thought the limit would be per person not per group so she waited outside out of respect for people who were actually going to purchase shoes). They were extremely short-staffed and we had to wait a long time to get in. They had a sign posted that said 12 person capacity but the most we saw in there was 7 people. The kind blonde woman was bringing out shoes to try on, cashing people out AND doing returns, all with a positive and upbeat attitude. Kudos to her!. The manager was just standing around texting which was very unprofessional and left a sour taste in my mouth. She could've at least asked people if they were looking for anything in particular or explained the store's COVID procedures while we were waiting.

Took a very long time to be served. The lady at the counter seemed very good natured given the rush, however they could have used 3 other staff working.

A really good variety of shoes. The only thing working against them is the pricing but they have sales. It's too bad that the sales aren't very distinct. You don't really know what's on sale.

The associate I dealt with was good, but when Jennifer "the manager" got involved to rectify a mistake the store did wasn't helpful at all after she got what she wanted, not going back to that specific store.

Went in today, Kevin helped us and he was FANTASTIC! Very personable, great convo and when I couldn’t get the fit right, he took the time to find me something that I liked! FIVE STARS FOR KEVIN!! Great experience!

Best customer service. The tall guy with glasses and hair bun, he knows everything and explained well on Blundstone. If you have any questions or concerns, he will be more happy to answer it. He’s the best.
