I was helped by multiple people ( but not hassled) and found their guidance to be helpful in choosing the right gift. They were friendly, the soaps etc were great and they were handling the Christmas craze really well considering the limited square footage they have to work with

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I visited this location about a week ago looking for some gifts. We were lucky enough to have Stephanie help us find what we were looking for. Stephanie was extremely helpful, kind, and patient with us. 10/10 experience, would absolutely recommend this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They harassed me even though I had a medical exemption AND I put a note about it on my order. But I was still discriminated against, my order took long to be handed to me. They could not find it and then I was kicked out of the store EVEN THOUGH I was a paying customer that just needed to pick up their order. This was also the 2nd time I was discriminated against — which is why I placed an online order. Unfortunately it just seems to be the manners of St.Laurent Lush’s employees, which is the reason that I had a horrible time and will never return or purchase anything from there ever again.
Also when reaching out about my experience there, I was asked my age. I’m not sure what age has to do with anything — especially being harassed and treat like garbage, however I’m sure it’s just another way to discriminate against people. Only thing left for them to ask would be your gender! Absolutely appalling. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ St laurent Lush location is great! The store is a little small, however, most Lush stores are. It does not stop you from finding anything you may want or need. The staff are always very kind and enthusiastic, ready to help you find your prefect products for whatever skin or hair needs you may have.They have a wonderful selection of vegan products and best part is, all their products are cruelty free, fair trade and zero waste. It is expensive to indulge in Lush products, however, if supporting an ethical & sustainable company is important to you, then it's worth it.
