★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with a poor customer service. It's almost impossible to talk to someone on the phone. I ordered the products via online, the site indicated contact via email. I sent three times email, of course, email came back to me. If you order via online, and need to talk someone regarding your order, good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Kiehl's last night and had outstanding service. I bought a couple of staple pieces. The sales person was more then generous in providing free samples and was very knowledgeable. She also provided great packaging for my products. Will certainly be back.

The very nice employee (I wish I remembered her name) worked with me to find what best suited my skin, addressed my concerns and respected my budget. It has only been a week and my face has never looked better or felt healthier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I went in, the sales person was incredibly helpful! She took her time helping me find what I needed instead of just giving me the initial product I was looking for, which ended up not being what I should use. I tried the avocado eye cream which is great but should not be in a container you have to dip into, and the skin repair cream which did wonders for my dry, acne-prone skin. The second time I went I was disappointed in the person who helped me, but luckily their coworker stepped in. I'm concerned that the hydrating cactus mist has alcohol as one of the first ingredients so I didn't buy it. I would go back for the moisturizer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had a bad experience at Kiehl's here in ottawa. They're 100% satisfaction guarantee is reliable. I returned an acne treatment purchase that I had purchased 2 months ago for my son. Unfortunatley the product we were trying did not have the desired effect. There was no issue with the return (only 1/8 th used) and the customer service rep (Raymond) offered an alternative product. They listen to your questions, offer options and alternatives and stand behind their customer satisfaction guarantee. Will continue to shop there.
