I don’t usually do a ton of shopping here as cosmo prof has better pricing however the store hours are convenient as well as their location. There is a lot of parking available. I also really like that it can be a one stop shop for all your hair needs. Be cautious of what volume your mixing with their colour lines and do your research or speak to a professional first but in general their store is great.

Effective, professional and contactless curbside pickup (they have a chair set up outside on which they place your order and you just tap your credit card through the window for the cashier). What I really liked, though, was how sweet the employee was who helped me. I lost track of time yesterday in the grocery store and called to say I wouldn't be able to make it in. The girl I spoke with reassured me that she would extend my hold til today and was just very warm and kind to me. I don't know her name but she was wearing a hijab? Thanks!

I would like to buy tint and I have been hours trying to understand this web site. I downloaded the app and when I trying to put pick up at the store it say that there is not a store in the area. I have a store in 1091St Laurent and the telephone does not work!
B	Brodie Taym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always find the products I need here (which are only sold at Sally Beauty by the way). The prices are fair and they always have some kind of promotion going on. I've met some really nice and helpful staff here who take care of the time to explain things and help me choose the right product. Every now and then I'll run into the bitter ones who roll their eyes at customers and can't be bothered, but most of the time I get the polite staff.

About 2 months ago I went to the Sally Beauty on St. Laurent. In front of the products were placed labels with the prices, which turn out to be much higher when you go to the cash register to pay. They apologized for being in the process of organizing the store and therefore failed to set the right prices. This week, after almost two months passed since my last visit, I found myself in the same situation - when I went to the cash register to pay, the prices were higher than on their labels. Probably the owner of the store together with the cashier explained the same as two months ago that they are now in the process of organizing and in addition to customer dissatisfaction in their store they said that the negative reviews to their store did not matter to them! Either you pay the increased price at the checkout or leave their store! From now on I will choose another chain of beauty products stores, but never theirs again! In addition, this chain of stores discriminates the people from Quebec, because if your phone number is start with 514 and you try to open their website, it does not work on the mobile device if you have registered your phone in Quebec. When I asked in the store why their website does not open on the phone, they explained that it cannot be opened if your phone is from Quebec. I couldn't believe how such a thing could happen! And why can't it open on a mobile device if you're from Quebec ?! Ridiculous!!!

I had essentially lived at this location coming in for daily stops trying to re correct my damage. Staff including the manager were very knowledgable, and EXTREMELY kind. Over all helping me achieve my goals. I dont care where in the city I move, this location has a life time customer ?
