Also make sure to keep your receipts as this company will not do a defective product return unless you have it, regardless of the fact that they keep your past purchases on file. They will also lie and pretend to call the manager in the back.

Calm down, you'll get your weed. But the staff isn't particularly good at handling them either. They come off as the rude ones. It's also a dirty store. Other locations downtown are clean, the staff controls their customers way better, just genuinely a better experience. Stash & Co might as well be called the Apple Store of Cannabis.

They have the lowest prices in terms of literally all of their products and accessories in comparison to any other dispensary in Ottawa which is amazing. The staff are friendly and very helpful. While I was there, I saw that there was miscommunication between them and a customer, and they handled the situation very well. Thank you guys for being welcoming and for your generosity. I'll be sure to swing by when I'm in the area!
