★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really kind and quick service, super sleek and beautiful interior, I’m overall quite satisfied with hemisphere but I did find part of the ordering process confusing (that’s really a me problem though and it was cleared up pretty quickly.) Great location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far and away Ottawa's best dispensary-amazing staff, the best prices in Eastern Ontario right in the Byward Market! Been a smoker 35 years, been to countless dispensaries and I have enjoyed my shopping experience there more than I ever have anywhere. Laid back (no pushy staff/2 year smokers trying to "educate" one !!!), great selection and all and all just a wonderful business...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased here more than once because my first experience was above and beyond. I was misinformed about a product I purchased online and needed to return for a refund. The manager was super helpful and the refund was issued with no problems (it did take a few business days to process though). I usually order 510 vape cartridges from them because they have great pricing and knowledgeable staff! Last time I picked up my order curbside I got a free battery for my vape ? awesome! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unhelpful! they force you to use screen checkout and tell you there is no other way to place an order. I was the only person I'm the store, I just don't like jumping through loops or want to listen to a tutorial to buy something.
Other than that looks like everyother store, but with very in your face security cameras. Probably 20 stores in orleans this is the only one I see empty.

so many staff employed there with little to no knowledge of the products they are selling.
-The cashier gave me the wrong product and then when they tried to take my product back (after I payed), I refused (by law they cannot re-use products that have been purchased not to mention products that have left their store grounds) they then got upset I wouldn’t accept, proceeded to argue with me, then wouldn’t severe me. Who knows what other products they mistakenly sent out their doors that came back in from god knows where to then be swapped out and re-used. DISGUSTING!
