I don't know anything about the products, but the staff was incredible! The place was beautiful inside and I was really impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was with me. They gave me several recommendations and asked me lots of questions to ensure that I bought the right products for my friends. I left the place feeling very happy and excited to come here in the future for gifts for friends and family.

When I talk to the manager about the spiel that they sold me, that manager also tried to convince me of the same thing telling me that other people's effect to smoking it varies from individual totally negating the THC content on the label. This place runs like a bad restaurant. Where employees compete with each other to sell everything on the menu. Save your self time and money and go somewhere else. To get into the door of this place you had to step over sleeping bum.

Turns out they are just as helpful if you tell them what you are looking for. They explain the effects it might have and it’s a great place! Clean, positive vibes. Busy at times but I come to expect that! Smoked one of these! Had the best sleep of my life. Considering I got chronic insomnia!

We were promptly greeted upon entry, and given direction to the various products at our disposal. The staff were knowledgeable and answered any questions with a friendly and patient approach. The store was clean and well organized, bearing a crisp modern design. However, the product itself left much to be desired. The 7g of Pink Kush we purchased came in ridiculously over-sized and wasteful individual one gram packages, which contained completely dried out crispy morsels of tiny buds. When unboxed and weighed at home, our purchase only amounted to 5.98g. We were hesitant to purchase any larger amounts until a thorough inspection of their packaging could yield a trusting result. This unfortunately was not the case. 5 stars for presentation and customer service, 0 for content. Streamline your packaging so your brand doesn't contribute to unnecessary waste, check that your scales are accurate, and invest in better quality inspection to ensure an enjoyable product for your future consumers. Otherwise, welcome to the neighborhood.

I called from a dispensary I work at in Brantford, ON, because I needed to order some CBD products for my daughter who is struggling with school in Ottawa. I needed to make sure that there would be no problems delivering it to her if she didn't possess the card used to purchase. The girl I spoke to, took my daughters name, told me what she would need to retrieve the order and assured me there would be no problems. I know this sounds like a dumb post, but from a Mom who lives 6 hours away, it was relieving to know my daughter would be taken care of.
