I have come to a point in my life where I literally don't need to provide ID, I'm too old for that s**t. I don't get asked to show ID at a bar, why should I provide it to a dispensary? The security guard demanded ID, I wasn't going to, so I went to a nearest competition and bought what I wanted. I showed my receipt to the security and went about my day. I'm not going back to this place.

Manager Tate thinks that if he can't remember to lock the front door when he shows up for his shift, he can run at a customer yelling to leave and then threaten their day with Police for his own inadequacies and inability to do his job. He screamed theyre not open and I asked who hes talking to like that and said whys the door open then. He seems to be delusional and aggressive and confused about his position and responsibilities. But it's likely more so your job to lock the doors than to act like your athletically or legally capable of removing someone. Good thing retail is dead and Tate's pushing to ensure it. Is this how all customers can expect to be treated if they walk into the location or was this some type of discrimination?

Update: had an issue with a product that malfunctioned, called, immediately got a person on the line (was taken aback by how fast it was tbh) and was told to come and return the product. Came through, and got my replacement. 10/10 customer service and the prices are still actually insane compared to the rest of the market.

I emailed the owners about it, and they said that they can’t do anything because they’re just reselling the company’s weed. Pathetic. The customer service is very rude. When I tried to let an employee know that my product was missing weight every purchase, she responded with, “…and you’re buying it again?” with a rude and condescending tone. They raised their prices and they’re now like every other dispensary, overly expensive with no good quality. Don’t buy from here, they’re scammers. Buy your weed online.
