The printing service needs to be upgraded, as it takes considerate amount of time.
Otherwise, the place is neat with great customer friendly staff.
Avoid visiting around noon(between 12:00pm to 2:00pm), the place is really busy, and therefore very slow service.

I recently gave you guys a 1 star rating on Google, you wrote a reply asking me for the reasoning on my feedback.
3 weeks ago I went your branch asking for the right procedures and steps to do if I wanted someone to send me money via Western Union. The employee gave me the details.
When I got back with the details and all the required documents, they declined to give me the transaction claiming that it was a large amount and for that amount I need to change some details on the transaction by the sender.
I was frustrated as they wasted my time,but then followed their instructions and made the sender follow their instructions. However , when I got back one day later they told me sorry we can not give you that amount of money and you should try Money Mart.
Eventhough I followed their instructions from start to finish, they still refused to give me my transaction.
They wasted my time and effort for their incompetence.
I went to Money Mart and they gave me my money instantly and they even deposited it into my bank account.
If you do not want to provide me with this service, why did you tell me to come when I asked you in the first place.
I wasted 3 visits for nothing , I even followed your instructions and made my 60 year old mom in my hometown go back and modify the transaction and still you told me to go to a different place.
I personally would give you less than 1 star if that was possible.
