The owner is extremely knowledgable and spends considerable time listening to the needs and/or goals of both old and new customers, then proceeds to put together a stack that suits their needs.

I used to shop here regularly when I lived downtown Ottawa and buy all my protein powder and bars at Sports Supplement Experts. The gentleman I used to always encounter was quite inspirational, always giving me tips on protein intake, rest and recovery. I'm quite certain he was the owner (European guy, with accent). One thing I will never forget him telling me was never to stop training, which stuck till this day!
