She was knowledgeable about the products and I was happy to have found all that I needed. Also, very pleased that most of my products were on sale as this always helps when you’re purchasing more than one high quality item.

They are also very knowledgable in herbal medicine/supplements and orher products and they can help you find what you need every time. This store is my 1 stop shop for everything.. groceries, supplements, pharmacy products, body/hair products etc etc .. very large selection at the best price!

To their credit, they did have a few cool products I had not seen before so I bought a bunch of things. The line up for the cash was unreal - not a ton of people but slowest cashier experience ever, no one in line was social distancing and following COVID-19 protocol either. I got home excited to try a $5 cheese spread I bought and opened it up only to see it had mold on it despite a future due date. I sent an email but never heard back. Won’t be going back.

I've had the privilege of being served by her on a few occasions and want to give her the recognition she deserves as a Healthy Planet team member. She's a definite asset and hope she is recognised for her exceptional customer service. WOW! I had a very positive reaction upon entering this store for the first time and it's been magic ever since. The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The store is clean and well organised. The stock is diverse, available and really well priced. Today they have a spin the wheel game and I left with coupons and a bunch of new supplements to try most of which are full size bottles. And in case you've never tried cauliflower puffs (see pic) I highly recommend this delectable treat! Oh, and apparently they have karaoke on the weekend! Not sure for how long but to those of you interested, gidde up! Healthy Planet, thank you for all that you do and provide to your customers. It's very much appreciated. To those of you who have never been, GO! You won't be sorry ?

They have the biggest variety of vegan and vegetarian specialty items at very reasonable prices. The best I have found in Ottawa. Staff is always very helpful and kind and there is ample parking right outside. Will most definitely continue to do my shopping here and highly recommend!
