★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in Ottawa for an event, I almost arrived at my hotel, and something popped on the driver's side. It was past 6:30 PM. I took a chance and called the closest auto shop. The gentlemen who answered was kind and invited me to pass by. That gentleman was Paul. He welcomed me. He asked his colleague to join me on a test drive. Within minutes, Paul and his team identified the problem. He gave me an honest recommendation. I'm sitting on my driveway and about to walk in to see my family. Paul gave me peace of mind that I could drive back home. Paul, I appreciate you and your team. You guys are awesome.

I had one of my tires go flat on a Saturday, and after buying a new tire from Canadian tire, I called this shop, and they had me back on the road within a half hour. Super friendly people, and a good price. Will definitely come back and recommend to everyone needing any work done on their cars

Paul and his people are thorough and efficient. He doesn't try to pad the bill with unnecessary work like some garages. He's always clear about what has to be done now, versus things to keep an eye on for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with a fuel line issue and while investigating the mechanic found a few other issues that would have been thousands of dollars to repair. Instead of taking my business and money he rightfully recommended to scrap the vehicle (12 year old with 280k, ac problems, serpentine, exhaust issues, major body and frame rust/deterioration). Paul is an honest and trustworthy mechanic, if you’re looking for a great mechanic, look no further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my vehicles serviced by Paul since he opened his first location in Carlsbad Springs. You will be hard pressed to find a better mechanic in Ottawa. What places Paul and his staff above all others is their friendly service and genuine desire to ensure you are happy and satisfied. They go beyond just the requested service, and I know i am getting the fairest price. In fact, I learned today that he normally doesn’t service large trucks like mine, and yet he has taken good care of me for years. I trust Paul with my vehicles. He and his staff treat customers with the small town service where everyone knows everyone else, friendly, fair, and honest. Thanks millions Paul!!
