We found her radiator leaking, and also noticed the radiator looked very new. We asked her if she'd recently had the radiator replaced, and she said yes; at Richard Automotive in Three Hills. We called Brian at Richard Automotive and explained the issue with his radiator, half expecting some kind of grief from the other shop as you often experience in these situations. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised that Brian was very helpful, and very concerned with helping to get his customer back on the road as soon as possible. We were very impressed with his attitude, and were happy to help replace the faulty part. We wish all of our dealings with competitive shops were this easy. Best of luck to the team at Richard Automotive in the future!

Despite having a large workload they went out of their way to squeeze me in and get me fixed up same day. The type of experience and customer service i wish you could get everywhere. They assessed my vehicle immediately (I'm not from Three Hills) and even provided me transportation to my event. Despite not being able to fix my truck they made it so I was able to return home safely. Thanks so much!

I was in a pinch and was passing through Three Hills and needed to find a similar product to what I was using. Richard and his team went above and beyond to help me out and even topped my oil off free of charge. I can’t even explain how much I appreciated his generosity. Not only did they help me out, he gave me a few good pointers on the maintenance of my bike. Highly recommend!
