★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really sure what kind of business you guys are running, just went into this store and my boyfriend had went to the cash with one item, the item scanned incorrectly so he said something. And the cashier went to check the sign and said oh the sale only starts tomorrow! Why have the sign up if the sale isn't in affect? Now I have to come back tomorrow when the sale starts. Good customer service alright

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just picked up a last second alternator for my p71 cv. I feel like I paid a bit too much for a rebuilt alt with only a 3 year warranty, but they had it in stock and I needed it right away. Hence the 4/5 star and not 5/5. Phoned the shop 25 mins before they closed, informed the gentleman who answered I may be a bit late. They held the door for me and waited for my arrival. Amazing. Thanks for the service guys you saved my day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Dennis. Only one part needed ordering (rest were in stock and OE) and it was there in less than 24 hours. Paid the first day, walked in with my receipt and right out with my part the next. We'll go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My truck happen to die right across the store so I went inside to see if anyone could give me a boost. Ray came to the rescue and figured out that it wasn’t my battery that was the problem, it was one of my battery clamps that had loosened popped off.
He took the time to tighten the bolts for me and sure enough my truck started with no issues.
Thanks Ray for being so helpful, their are still nice people out there.

Manager was trying to refuse entry to several customers several minutes before closing time, he finally decided to let us in after we all complained.. but he was very rude to all of us, and was trying to turn down business when the store was not even closed yet! What kind of manager is this? Older gentleman, chubby with glasses, please do some training with this person, terrible terrible customer service! :(
