r	robyn vekeman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kevin and is crew installed interlock on either side of the driveway to widen our parking area and create walking paths to our front door and back gate. The crew had the added challenge of joining up with existing interlock at the top of the driveway that was done in an undulating arch. Kevin took the time to show me all the options for how the stones could be cut to maximize blending it all in. The job was done on time and with care. With three young children, I highly value a crew that keeps a clean work site- both i terms of being tidy and in how they speak. Very professional crew. Love how the job turned out- highly recommend. Worth every penny to have the job done right.

They not only were able to get exactly the type of fence we wanted, but also price matched another company and got the work done faster than expected. You could tell these guys were meticulous with their work, and paid attention to the little details. They even stayed late on a Friday evening to make sure all posts were aligned properly at the end of the job. They were professional and courteous, and were also very respectful of our property. We have only had one small issue since the install, and Kevin was very quick to reply to our emails and made arrangements to have it fixed. 5 Stars.
J	J Long on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K. Joly installed a cedar fence for me in the summer of 2013. The process was smooth and the fence they built was beautiful. Fast-forward to 2020 and two of the panels began to lean. I emailed Kevin and he came and had a look. We both figured that the ground had let go because our Britannia-area home is on beach sand. Not realizing the fence was built in 2013 (time flies!) I asked Kevin if it would be covered by warranty. He told me the 2-year warranty expired five years ago but he was so surprised to see what happened that he would repair it for free. When the crew began working to repair my fence it became obvious that the posts had rotted. Dave showed me that two posts were rotten and told me it was likely due to the flooding in 2019 and 2017. They did a great job fixing my fence and still honoured a warranty that had expired! I also had K. Joly install an interlock patio this spring. The crew worked hard and installed the patio from start to finish in just one day. Watching the crew work made me realize it’s a bigger job than I thought. I am really happy with their work.

As an employer, Kevin was incredibly supportive and would bend over backwards to make sure his employees were being taken care of. I have many fond memories of my time working for Kevin and working with KJoly is always my first suggestion for friends looking for summer work (or more).

In those 30 years i have worked for and partnered with a wide range of contractors, but my working relationship with Kevin has been the best of them all with no exception. Three years ago I partnered with Kevin to build decks for him. Every job that I've worked on for Kevin has always been sealed with a handshake and not a contract between us. That kind of trust is hard to find in the construction industry these days. One thing that strikes me about Kevin is his desire to make the client completely satisfied when the job is done. Too many contractors have their sights set on the profit margin when in fact i have seen Kevin cut into his profits on a job to make a customer happy. Take a look at the picture i attached of a backyard Kevin and I did last year. That job was done by people that take pride in their work.
