Lots of choices ! Prices are amazing !!!! Its worth it because they have a good inventory ! I will not go anywhere else. I am amazed! I saved time and money. They appreciate your business !

J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer at this location for at least 3 years. I am very upset with the service I received in store today. I accidentally walked into the store without my mask on and was reminded by a man that works there, that I need to put a mask on. I completely understood that. Instead of walking all the way back to my car, I asked if they had any masks that I could purchase in the store. (keep in mind, many stores offer free masks to customers). In the most condescending tone he told me that the masks they have are for employees only and that the next time I came to the store without one, they would not give me one. I would have rather he told me no, than to respond to me the way he did. His choice of words as well as his tone was inappropriate and because of him I will no longer be shopping at this location, nor will I ever suggest this location to anyone I know. If you are somebody who has ever forgotten to wear your mask PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE! EDIT: (In response to the owner’s response below) just a side note. If I didn’t make it clear in my explanation. The fact that he gave me a mask for free or not is not my point. The fact that he felt it was necessary to tell me his masks are for employees only and the next time I come to the store without one he won’t give me one is RUDE. He needs training on how to communicate things to customers.

M	Mona M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go across the street for my hair needs but they were closed due to the lack of power in the city so I decided to give this Hera Beauty location a try. I’ve had great experience at one across town so I was completely appalled by the treatment I received at this one. The girls at the cash register were extremely rude. The first one I interacted with rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if there happened to be extra stock of a product in the back and said if it’s not on the shelf there’s none elsewhere before returning to chatting to her coworkers. As if this wasn’t enough, when I went to the register to pay after finding a suitable replacement on my own, I didn’t want to be checked out by the same girl who rolled her eyes at me so I waited for the other cashier to finish, and to my surprise she rolled her eyes at me too, assuming it was because I refused to be checked out by the girl who initially rolled her eyes at me because she was free. I don’t think any of us expect to have eyes rolled at us when going to a store to spend money. I’ll gladly spend the money to go across town than ever spend a coin at this place.

I bought an item,but i wasn’t sure if it would suit me I asked if I could return it after trying it on at home .within 14 days (6 days later) they refused according to their policy. why Did i asked the information to the employee who has more expertise in her work and I am being told that it is in their famous policy !!! What employees are supposed to do then!!! after all these years it's sure that i won't go back and that I won't recommend this place to anyone anymore
