They are very service oriented with a huge variety of personal care products. They have strong covid protocols and policies that make you feel very safe when shopping at their Rideau Centre store. A great place for Christmas gifts or stocking stuffers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a nice collection of bathbombs, it's mostly all I go there for. The Halloween collection is always the best in my opinion so I stock up for the year. I got some free samples for face masks, I might actually go back to start buying masks as well. Made my face feel and smell good. Everything is natural and preservative free as far as I know so that's a bonus!

I’ve been a long time customer but one recent visit really had me realize just how amazing the company and its employees are. I was having an extremely rough day as my cat had passed away that morning. I decided to do a bit of retail therapy and get some Halloween products from Lush… only wanted to get a few products to (try) be good with money. When I was checking out, Jess (I believe this is her name) asked me how my day was going. Normally if I was having a bad day I would simply reply with “good” but today I decided to be honest and mentioned that I was having not such a great day as my cat passed that morning. Jess was very sympathetic and kind. She noticed I was purchasing Halloween items and proceeded to walk to the Halloween bubble bars and picked one out I had not grabbed (since I was trying to spend wisely, although I wanted it). She gifted it to me as a feel better gift. The small but mighty gesture went such a long way and shone some light on what was a very gloomy day for me…thank you Jess!

It was one that I have never encountered before.
Right as I walked in the doorway, I was greeted & of course asked what I was going in for. Which usually might be a bother as you just want your space to shop around alone. With this worker, she spoke with a great attitude and assisted me without hesitation.
She was interested, kind, polite, personable, understanding, and overall a super sweet person to deal with.
This was an amazing experience, even for an end of a shift interaction.
I was taken care of very well in their store, and was beyond treated great. With the mall closing & having one more errand to get done. I was able to quickly do it while this worker went out of her way to carefully wrap my things up even as the store was closing.
I didn’t feel like I was ever over bugged, or unsure about anything. Was totally myself and would definitely recommend coming to this Lush.
Very well stocked & clean ??
