★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always fun to deal with. Good group of people. Selection is pretty limited as with most lids. They have the basic stuff on the shelves. As always if you want a nicer hat you're better off ordering it online and picking up at Lids. Overall pretty good and since the options are limited for hats Lids is the place to go.

He is a living example of how retail should be handled nowadays and provided me with some of the greatest customer service I have received in as long as I can remember
- Someone give this man his own store!!
Side note: I originally came in to buy 2 hats, I ended up buying 12 from this guy.. I will definitely be back for my next order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there yesterday to get a hat and crewneck embroidered. Angelo and Kyle were very professional and kind. They got both items ready in less than an hour! We truly recommend this place for all embroidery services and we'll be back next week to get more hats done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I understand that it is Christmas time when many orders are done, I was surprised to hear that a store that does embroidery as part of their business would run out of a common colour-white.
Otherwise, despite Dakota being unable to complete my order, he gave me great customer service. I have bought from here before and never had an issue. Although susrprised, completely understand the season-related stock issues. I would still highly recommend Lids at St-Laurent.
