★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a necklace engraved there today and the letters were very clearly crooked, once we politely pointed it out to the employee working she immediately gained SO much attitude out of nowhere and rolled her eyes saying it’s how it’s supoosed to look.This is ridiculous especially considering we payed $17 alone on the engraving and expect it to at least be done correctly.

After speaking to a very rude employee at the Bayshore location (on Jan 31 just before closing) who would not find any way to find a solution we are absolutely ecstatic at how the carlingwood staff went above and beyond to make our product happen. We leave for Whistler in the morning for my cousin's memorial and our plaque had 2 errors on it. The bayshore staff wouldn't help us with a correction stating that they close in half an hour and it would take a half hour to complete. When I explained we were 20 minutes away and they could get the order started before we got there to still leave on time, she still said no. I offered to pay over the phone, still a no. Carlingwood to the rescue. I consider them 2 different companies now because I received such different service. I will not be supporting the bayshore location ever again. When I asked to find a solution she just kept stating that it was "protocol" and she couldn't help me. Carlingwood has my business, for life, thank you for stretching "protocol" to make my family happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service in history. They sold me a product that wont stop breaking. I attempted to return it but they wont return your product unless the manager is in. The manager's excuse was "it's a locket, it will always break from opening and closing it." Don't step foot in this shop. Do yourself a favour and spend ur time money and energy else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very nice and helpful. The engraving ended up costing more than the gift, and was barely visible on the small item we purchased. For the price, I don't think I'll shop there again.
