★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service, they take their time with the customer and make sure the customer is happy with the product that is being purchased. I find that there is no sales tactics being pushed here, the sales representatives are there to help you find what you need and answer questions and guide you to the right "fit".
Eddie Bauer is very frequent with their 40% and 50% store wide discounts lately, so always keep an eye out for those.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddie Bauer is one of my favourite brands even if its pricey for me some times ? but I have go admit its Canadian's favourite outfit. The quality is amazing and durable. The staff at Bayshore branch are helpful and amazing even though you are not buying but they just attend to you and your questions. I just love it and I adore the shop decoration, it's cozy and the woody ambience gives you the feeling of cottage in the mountains full of snow?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality merchandise and friendly helpful staff. Hate the fact that a lot of down jacket at other store when you look are high feather and some up to 40% feather.
Labelling at EB can be a little better since some say minimal 80% down and one had other filling 100% polyester but staff cannot tell me what was down/feather and what was polyester.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recall any Eddie Bauer store in any location giving me poor service; however, the best service I ever received from any Eddie Bauer store was the one in Bayshore Mall!
I walked in with some items that I loved, but unfortunately failed on me. I didn't expect much to happen, but the store's team was quick to act. They were able to match me up with some reliable products I needed while honouring a credit for the items which didn't live up to their expectations.
The store went above and beyond to ensure I was properly informed on each product, but also gave me the best bang for my buck too.
At the end of the day, I truly appreciated some values which are rare to see in many retail stores these days: Honesty, Genuineness, and Compassion. I was treated more than a person, I was treated as a friend!
