Very cool styles found here. You'll find something that you like here. Prices are good and they fixed their sizing issues I used to have with them. Great job

I was looking for a specific item and the staff were great at helping me...3 ladies were very helpful. Overall great experience even if I didn't find the shirt I wanted the service was great!

I wish I could rate 0 star. The customer service at Zara Bayshore is completely trash. Disrespect, arrogance towards customers. They are useless and never willing to help. I don't believe such a poor quality service is offered in this great country. After I complained to a supervisor over there and saying I'll not come back after such a service, he told me "goodbye and never come back please". This behavior is not to be tolerated. I'm disappointed and will never get back to Zara again. This has to change as many people like me are complaining.

Very busy location with lack of staff for volume and long check out lines as a result. Lack of sizing but helpful staff who did confirm and were trying thier nest to keep up. More stick would greatly increase sales.

As a person who works in retail I have not been this upset in a long time. Firstly, the customer service is absolute trash. I understand that maybe it’s hard to have more than one on cash, but to show such poor customer acknowledgment in an instance where two or more associates should’ve been available and/or willing to assist with a faster customer experience . The girl on cash took a solid ten mins to do my transaction and made me go on my wallet app for a return(I have never had this problem, ever). She then stops the transaction and sees a kid and starts talking to her coworker about the kid, what if I am in a rush(which I was). I felt very disrespected. Secondly, not one person acknowledged me in the store (there were more than 4 workers) everyone was just talking between themselves. Please, be aware of your customers.

I had the most terrible customer service experience in the store and this is coming from someone who works retail as well. There were people who were not wearing masks, we complained to the manger and he was so ignorant and super rude and said β€œi dont have the right to ask why they are not wearing masks”. Actually he does and before you enter the store or the mall you are needed to wear face covering. He was super unhelpful, super rude and didn't seem to care about his customers. This location is definitely going to lose many customers!
