A	Addison McLellan-Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in before and asked them to put a sode some slides and they did bit the lady on the phone was not really listening at all to me she asked me my size and i said 9 and she said we have your 11 and i said 9 again and she said we have your 11 so i hade to say it again for her to get it right and thwn she said whats your name and i said addison campbell and she said alex campbell and i said yes thats my name because i did not want to say it again 3 times. Then i go to the store the next day to pick up my slides and the employee was extremely rude to me I said I reserve some slides their champion and he said is this your name then putting the box right in my face and I said yes is my name and then he said "do you want them or not" in a angry tone as if I offended him and then I said can I try them on and he goes agggh and gives me the box and then he just goes to the back of the store instead of helping a customer so then I bought my slides and got out of there as fast as possible because everyone in their had this attitude like they were better than everyone. I will not be coming back

The staff are always friendly are ready to help you out. They have great deals as well. If you want nice sports wear such as Adidas, fila, Nike, Reebok, then I highly suggest shopping here.
K	Khalid Abdulle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE STAFF. My wife saw shoes at the Boathouse Bayshore Mall with regular price of $60 and they had clearance price tag of $14.97. When she paid for them and a few other items, she checked her receipt and noticed they charged her $42 + tax for the shoes which had clearance tag of 14.97. She told the lady at the cashier and the lady accused my wife of putting this tag on the item. They also refused to allow my wife to simply return the shoes and get her money back because they said it was final sale. While we were driving home, my wife Googled on her cellphone and saw the same exact shoes on the Boathouse website for clearance price of 14.97. My wife called the store and told them the price on the Boathouse website was the same as the price on the tag but the store still refused to acknowledge their mistake. Again, they accused my wife on putting the wrong price tag on the shoes but their own website shows the same exact clearance price. These are horrible staff and we will tell all of our friends and coworkers not to shop at this store. This is the worst consumer service we have ever experienced.

So I went to the store to return them, and the lady at the cashier asked me if I wanted to exchange them to something else, and I replied no and that I was there for a refund. The lady was giving me attitude and asking me rudely to go to the website so she could see the number of my order. I went to the site and showed it to her, and she asked me what card I used when I purchased the pants at the website. I said my debit card and then she asked me to take out my debit card and insert my card on the card machine. I entered my card and put my pin. She gave me the receipt and told me to sign it. After two days I noticed the receipt she gave said "sale" instead of "refund." I called the store, and they told me to go back, so I went back to the store and got my money back. I was not impressed by how the lady treated me at the store because I told her that I was there for a refund, but instead, she charged me for the pants.

Sales staff even made eye contact with me from the counter as I was waving the shoe and still chose to finish her conversion. You should go visit Zumies in your mall and see what service should be like. They're on point!
N	Nick J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at this location was good but I was extremely surprised to see what was considered sale price as technically $10 off is a sale but it’s not substantial enough to call it a store wide event. No issues with the associates just with the obscure and strange ‘deals’ that made no sense.

The young staff is nice but the older people that work there are weird and make me uncomfortable.... They have nice selection but aside from that idk
