My wife and I get a shoe for her...it seemed good but a small size was not available so we bought it anyway.as the difference was 0.5..but we decided to return the next day and it was returned with a great customer service..a small size was not available so we ordered online but we liked th customer service with a smile :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store on a weekend so not surprising that it was very busy. The Bayshore location is severely understaffed! Not a single sales clerk approached me to ask if I required a size. I then had to lineup at the til to request a size and wait by the til to receive it. Despite the shoe showing as available on the SoftMoc website, the sales staff had never seen it before. I was super annoyed. Not a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store today to buy a pair of shoes. It was extremely understaffed, I was waiting for more than 15 minutes to ask for a size but no one approached me so I went to the front to ask the girl that didn’t seem to care that much, she brought the pair of shoes and threw it on the counter without saying a word. No one was available to help and when I asked they were not helpful at all. I almost had to beg to buy a pair of shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went it to the store last night and there was a girl serving clients the other staff member was counting her till. I looked around found a pair I needed the right size for. Look towards the girl counting her till and waited a while. I understand people want to get out when the store is closed. But while its before 9pm shouldn't you be serving clients. Clearly the other staff member is busy enough. So I walked up and asked if I could get a size 8.5 she takes the shoe and starts to look it up on the computer. No we only have a 8 then a 10, great I'll take the 8, she looks annoyed and walks into the back comes out proceeds to throw the box on the floor behind the counter. I try them on but I'm not sure, she goes back to counting her cash. I felt like such an inconvenience. I put them on the counter and apologized for being an inconvenience to her. And left..
Awful customer service is rampant these days in retail stores. And I'm so done with it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received slippers for Christmas and 1 month after the leather ripped. Brought them back today following the lockdown so I could them replaced. I didn’t have a receipt as they were a gift. The 2 girls working in the store didn’t have any authority to do anything other than take your money. I am a senior who has difficulty walking so coming to the mall is something I rarely do. Where the heck is the store manager. There should always be someone in the store that is allowed to make decisions. Lousy customer service!!!!! Will think twice before I shop at this location.
