C	C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience EVER. Every time I go into the store the sales representatives are talking to each other or on their phones. Never acknowledge a customer when you walk in. Waited 10 minutes for one of the girls to get off the phone without even acknowledging that they saw me. Extremely rude if you want to do a return. Never received so much attitude in my life. I never have a good experience when I shop at this location in particular. Always bashing the Rideau location which is very unprofessional.

She looked up from her paperwork, pouts her mouth and asks me what happened. I described what happened to the shoes, she rolled her eyes and continued the paperwork without saying another word. I laughed it off because it's stupid and her attitude is even worse, but my friend was taken aback. At least the associate who helped us was nice.

Have had many friends and family say "Steve Madden shoes are super comfortable and especially for being on your feet all day, they are completely worth it!" So I took there advice and went out and bought a pair of heels in February so I could wear them while I was getting the bridesmaid dress altered. We are now July and the wedding is on the 20th. I decided to wear them at work for a 2hours each day to break them in. Day 3 of wearing them I noticed the insole of the shoe was lifting on both shows all the way around. I called them to see if I could do an exchange of refund and they told me they couldn't do anything because I bought them in February. Manager wouldn't reason with me nor would help me, all she offered was to go to a shoe parlor for them to fix the insole. From all my years of being on customer service Steve Madden is by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Definitely won't be purchasing anything else or recommending the store to anyone. Everyone I know who buys here all the time are shocked on the service I got. Photos will be attached on Google. I usually walk out from the store the moment I enter the store because the sales girls were usually rude and would barely answer my questions. So one more thank you Negar!
G	Gabriel Posada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location with a pair of shoes to return as they didn't feel comfortable. I gave the receipt to the lady and I was within the return policy. I had wore them for a day, went to this location and I was denied the return because they were "tooo worn". Manager offered me a discount on my next purchase but did not refund me. I went to the Rideau location a couple months later and the manager was nice and immediately did an exchange for a different pair (no refund because unfortunately I was over the return policy time frame. Totally understandable) but she was surprised that this location wouldn't have refund it. I highly suggest to go to the rideau location instead. Way better service and management is way more understanding.

Negar is the one that took care of me and I made her go back and forth so often (I'm sorry!) for different sizes and styles, but she remained patient throughout. Happy with my shoes, they are comfy and stylish. Will be coming back!

I really had a wonderful experience with Steve madden and Mina was very amazing with helping me to find the right match for my cloths and gave me the best customer service experience. I would love to come back and buy more shoes from Steve madden because of Mina! Thank you so much for your help!
