Visit there 2 times, always be confused about the discount. They put the discount sign on the shelves but no discount at check out. So please just put the right sign on the right shelves and check it to make sure they are right!please!!!

I find this store to be very disorganized. Customers sit on the display tables and clothes, the staff don't seem to be bothered by this. It takes staff about 5 minutes for each person at the checkout, even with few items. Too long in my opinion.

I’m a regular customer to urban planet store I like to buy things oftentimes but today sales associate Allisa didn’t treat well to me , she was so rude with me and with the other customers , I was there to return something but she wasn’t listening to me properly, really is this the way to treat a customer? I think she is ruining the business, with all this I decided not to go in this store anymore because no one knows how to treat a customer I urge to the store manager to teach their associates how to treat a customer thanks

Went there on a weekend with my girlfriend during covid times. We found clothing we wanted and went to the cashier. We stood waiting in line while 2 women were at the cash register. One was on her phone in front of the counter with earbuds on and seemed like she was facetiming or watching a video. At first I thought she was a customer but later on she went behind the counter to put some stuff away and walked to the back. At this point there is a line up of customers and we've been waiting at least 5 mins for and we have 1 article of clothing. The second was organizing and folding cloths to be put back on the shelves. Finally another comes from the side and finally starts cashing in our items with a big line up behind us. In the end we browsed the store for a few mines but took us atlest 10mins at the store. Workers are very lazy and aren't paying attention to the customers

Nice selection of furniture. My wife would like to furnish the whole home from there...but it's not cheap either. 4 stars as we just bought a bedroom set. The first visit, service was great. When we went back to make the purchase, there were 2 staff sitting around talking about stuff and 2 at the counter. No one came to ask if we needed help. Seemed out of character and surprising. Not a huge deal as they were helpful once we asked for help, but not like it was busy. Anyways, lost a star for that one experience. Won't keep us away.

Great Deals on everything !!! Would be a 5stars , but 4 for the simple fact. That they are Home collections ( cool Urban ) and No Name Brands

At 11:30 am, 30 Dec 21 at bayshore branch there was a rude girl at the perfume section with loose hair and long black light coat.

Bag bag Bag.......service.this morning I go with my daughter to the store,she buy 7 items when I go out the store (5-10 minutes) I found two items double charged so I come back to get the refund,and than the lady said when she scan some items didn’t sow up on the screen so double charged .but another lady check everything (15 minutes) and then got my refund ,when I just want to leave. I found only GST refunded ( I forgot kid no HST), so I ask the lady why only GST get refund, but regular bill Have HST? The anther lady (maybe managerοΌ‰very unfriendly,No Explanation,just circle the Customer service number ask me to call, and said β€œwe can’t control, call the customer service β€œ ! And I said :”why you don’t know, you charge HST on my recipe, refund HST not on my recipe,” finally my wife come over remind me the kids items only have GST. At last I just want to say Customer have mistake but service should always nice and friendly For me today is very bag shopping experience in my life .
