She called all three Ottawa locations.(with polite responses from each store). The dress I wanted was at the Bayshore location. When I got to the Bayshore Suzy Shier, two ladies were on the floor. They were working hard changing the displays. They sure did not slack off! But they still managed to give me absolutely SUPERB service while at the same time, dealing with 'refreshing' the store displays. Instead of taking my dress and leaving, I ended up staying for a very long time and found lots of lovely clothing to try. I really felt that I was being helped (soft professional), and also, I felt SO welcome. I felt almost as if I was around my girlfriends (THAT is a great feeling). And as I was leaving, I (was compelled) to mention to the two ladies how much I enjoyed my experience there, and guess what? The other clients joined in with their own accolades! Whoever is in charge of Suzy Shier in Ottawa, congratulations on hiring top notch staff. I am really impressed! To the lovely ladies at Bayshore (and Carlingwood - Carly, I think), THANK YOU for making me feel so welcome and comfortable.
N	Noam Catsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soooo I purchase 2 pants and a set of earrings from the sale section where I was told the items would be 40% off. They had a special for 40% off with "prestige membership" on new items and other sections had 40% without the "prestige membership". K my items were from the clearance section, off the bat I thought it would be on sale without purchasing the prestige card. The sales woman told me I'd have to pay full price unless I purchase the card ($25). Then offered me a phone discount and an additional discount of %10, great. My total came to almost $75. Those same items ordered online and free pick up at the store would be $55 after taxes with %40 off and no additional purchase of a card required. I returned to the store 10 mins after exiting with my bag. I explained this discovery and they claimed that the items will be %40 off to the public if I return the day after and I would only be getting store credit for the difference. If they take the items back at that instant; I would have to pay full price for items marked 40% off online and those items are clearly in the clearance section when you walk into the store. How does this make sense exactly? The price variance is insignificant to me ; however implementing two different promotional offers for those online and in-store is non sense

I went into Suzy Shier and the employees were great and so helpful in finding outfits that complimented my baby bump. I shopped there for the rest of my pregnancy and every time the employees always found amazing outfits for me. My son is 5 weeks and I still go in to shop at Suzy Shier Bayshore because I know the employees are very helpful and amazing.

I had to wait more than 15 min before they finish a transaction with a group of customers. I know customer service is important, but being time efficient is too. I left the store without buying my items because I was in a hurry.

They walked me through every step of the way and helped me to create so many beautiful outfits. I do not have to shop anywhere else, my wardrobe is complete! The discounts were unbelievable too, I saved a lot of money, which I wasn't expecting and was very pleasantly surprised. Thank-you to all of you who spent so much time (over an hour) helping me to get through what I thought would be a chore, it turned out to be a great deal of fun! I will do all of my shopping at this store in the future, I'll be back for a full spring wardrobe!

Then the three staff working Sept 25 ( Amy, Maki, Mimi) were magnificent sales associates. We will be back. They are the faces of Suzy Shier. Thanks for all your help tonight. T	Tajwar Wain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! We bought the prestige membership two months ago, with the hopes of receiving ADDITIONAL 30% OFF on my birthday. Took valuable time out on my birthday to buy the items I had pre picked. I was denied the discount with the false and fake explanation that this term of the membership doesn’t apply anymore. I have attached the picture of the membership cards still available at the branch which explicitly says there is 30% off for birthdays. Suzy Sheir in Bayshore Mall is running an Unethical busniess practice, telling lies to their customers to sell their memberships with pathetic false promises. Horrible customer service.. Suzy Shier needs to take notice about this branch so that No switch and bate practices are happening in this branch. To sum it up, cancelling my membership, PATHETIC SCAMMERS!!
