★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate this store as a zero I would. Horrible customer service. One staff member had no idea what a premie was when we asked for premie clothes. My wife called to ask a question about a certain item and if it was in stock. She was told they were busy and they hung up on her. This store needs some serious lessons in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at the store on Friday, June 26th, 2020. There was a sign at the entrance of the store that said face masks were recommended. My husband and I were each wearing a face mask as were the employees. Sadly not all the customers were wearing masks. When we got to the cash, there was plexiglass between the customers and the employees behind the glass but there was much less than 6 feet between the customers paying for their purchases. This is obviously a store who has a manager who does not respect or follow the recommendations for social distancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store and a very professional manager and staff! They do the best they can to make customers wear their masks. My thought is if people refuse to keep their masks on they should be allowed to call the police and have the offenders fined!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New moms. Nothing is on sale. They have these signs up 365 days a year. Its the actual retail price. The company actually thinks people won’t figure it out. I fell for it as a new mom. New moms know your not getting a sale price. Everyday is a “sale” there. Just pay attention and you will see. Lol and this type of marketing made me stop shopping there. Its dishonest and sneaky. Also with the sale price it makes the item a normal price. Without the “sale” price everything is expensive. They purposely hike price to make these “sale” signs. You wouldn’t pay $30 for a pair of pants for a child would you? Oh but take 50% off you would! Those pants are on sale 365 days a yr because no one would pay $30 for a pair of pants. So the sales are an illusion to pull you in and buy. Its sneaky. Its why I won’t shop here for my kids.

I was a bit of a pain and undesaisve at the same time, however she was so patient and helpful with a smile on her face at all times. Keep up the good work team can't wait for my next amazing shopping experience at your location ??
