I was trying to exchange a shirt that I received as a gift over the holidays. When I started asking the cashier with regards to options for exchange, the manager stepped in and indicated that the exchange period had ended (as written on the receipt gift exchanges only until a certain date which I was past). I tried explaining why I was delayed but she indicated she was tired of doing exchanges and could not make an exception. However, only after I left did I realize that I most likely qualified under their standard 30 day return policy (and in fact, I did). This level of customer service does not inspire me to return to this particular location again.

This store has great selection, fashions, and the employees can be very helpful when trying to find something. The only issue I've had is returning clothes when a lady named Arvo is working. She almost refuses to make your return lol (likely because it will affect her sales quota for the day). Other than that, the store is great.

I wish I could give a 0 star. I went in to see if they have sizes in store in order to exchange an online order. When it was confirmed to have no stock, I proceeded to make a return. They rushed to the cashier when they thought I wanted to pay but as soon as I said it's for a return, they walked away and said "someone would help you shortly". After patiently waiting for a while, I was surprised to find out they cannot match the Quebec tax rates we paid. Instead of seeking alternatives, one of cashiers (blonde hair with glasses) made very rude comments about how immaterial the difference is (although I purchased almost $200 before taxes) and that we should have had returned by mail. I explained that if I didn't have genuine interests in keeping the products through exchange, I would not have made the effort to go to the store (since exchange is not accepted online). Her comments made me felt sick to my stomach and left a bad taste in my mouth. To me, this shows huge red flags for integrity and treating people with basic respect. We were not the only customers there to make returns and the other couple left with disappointment as well. I never had such frustrations with one customer service representative that led me to ditch my favourite brand but this would be my first and hopefully last. If you like this brand, avoid this location.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The manager literally rolled her eyes when she saw me coming and she was so upset because I was returning stuff even it's within the time with the receipt and tag attached. Was one of my favourites store.

I was a loyal customer for years. Always found the sizing to fit small and had to go up a size. I gained a small amount of weight and now I dont even go in because I know nothing will fit. Why they haven't started to make inclusive sizing is disappointing. Lost a customer here...

Was greeted not with a, hey how are you, but with a - we only allow 6 items in the change room. Lady didn't ask about any sizing I might have needed or why I was in there. She attended to one young, tall female customer religiously and didn't ask how my clothes fit once I did try them on. The second customer service rep then started her shift, asked how it went, I asked her what the name of the pant was and she said I don't know, I literally just got back from vacation. I'm sure the young tall girl buying the suit had a 5 out of 5 experience, and I had a terrible one. Ended up going to Aritzia to buy my pants instead. Customer service matters! Make people feel welcome for goodness sake.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this location. I went to visit the store last night, whose hours were posted as 10:00am to 8:00pm, arriving at 7pm to find the store closed. I went home and ordered a dress that I liked on line, and requested to pick it up in the store. I was hoping to pick it up the next day. When I arrived the girls said that they had been very busy this morning and had not pulled the online orders yet. I asked if it was possible to collect mine as I needed it for a wedding I was attending. They made me feel like I was horrible for even asking them to go out of their way. Reluctantly, they were able to get my order together (1 dress) and allow me to pick it up. I did notice that the price on the dress had changed from yesterday and was less expensive. I asked if it could be price adjusted and she said no we do not do price adjustments on items bought online. There was no attempt to ask or even try to see if it could be done. I looked online and the price of the dress had changed online as well. I left the store feeling like somehow I was to blame for inconveniencing the staff. I decided to call customer service and try to get the issue fixed with them when I got home. The representative told me that "they do not do price adjustments on previously purchased items". This was not what I was told in store and does not make sense. So I asked if I could return the item and then buy it back at the sale price to which the representative said yes you can. Wouldn't it just be easier to price adjust the item? I then asked for the call to be escalated and was put on a list so someone could call me back. I am still waiting and not at all happy with the service. I have never had an issue purchasing or price adjusting anything with RW&CO and was shocked when they said no. I am disappointed and will not shop here again unfortunately.
