K	Kyanna McPherson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty rude customer service ; I asked the girls standing at the front a question and the look I got was actually horrible… I’m very surprised but I noticed lately when going the customer service has been horrible. Almost like they want you out of the store. I’m not the one the complain but it didn’t feel welcoming at all going into this store as it was before ; I loved coming in for the interaction and learning experience. Now I get rushed out and dirty looks….

The staff at the entrance were pleasant and helpful directing me to the cash and another staff member quickly pointed me to the right line up. The cashier was pleasant and helpful in making the gift look impressive with a card holder and small bag. Perfect! On the way out I asked for the direction to another store and was helped again. Great atmosphere!
E	ESS M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very racist and ignorant customer service. For people who make close to minimum wage, they have a holier than thou attitude that's appalling. They will judge you and assume you don't have money to spend if you decide to go in on a makeup free day. Be aware of that.
F	Frances Lemke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should be so proud of your staff. I'm going to write this while I'm still feeling so sickened and sad that I'm shaking. Today I was in line at Sephora Bayshore. From what I gather, one of the more senior employees who monitors the flow of the store brought a younger employee to help a customer who was looking for a particular item. What I witnessed was a horrible display of racism by a woman who had the audacity to loudly exclaim to the head scarfed employee "do you even wear makeup" . She said something else equally horrible that I couldn't quite hear. I was mortified as were both of the employees. The senior one told the customer something in a quieter voice, making sure the younger woman was not humiliated any further. The customer hurried out of the store ranting. No amount of makeup will ever help that woman. I sought out the young employee after I finished my purchase to tell her to have a great day and also to apologize to her on behalf of women everywhere for the treatment she received from some angry random stranger. I know this is long winded but for a moment I couldn't imagine this happening and then realized it happens the world over, every minute of every day. To others. Who does that? I'll continue to support the beautiful women at Sephora and everywhere else I can.

None of them appeared to be in stock and when I wanted to ask an associate about the availability of some of the items, there were no associates available to help. I have never seen a more unorganized Sephora...
T	Todd Ingram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girlfriend: I've been to many locations and this is one of the few where all floor workers were actively engaging everyone. The manager was so nice. Downside, didn't find all the products I was looking for.

I	Isabelle Hoddinott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iris who works in fragrance was amazing and spent so much time helping me find the perfect perfume! They were so friendly and approachable and had so much knowledge about fragrances. Highly recommend going to see them if you’re looking for a new perfume!
