They dont allow buy more than 4 per item. Told me it's written in a flyer, but after I asked to show me that, there was nothing about that (4 items limit)

I had i coupon at shoppers today and I got my product and when I shopping for other stuff they were fallowing me around the store and then someone walked up to me and said I had to put it at the cash and i showed the receipt and then for the rest of my shopping I was watched and fallowed like I was some Thief and they made me fell some uncomfortable that I went back to my car when I wasn’t done shopping won’t be shopping there ever again.

This is a pretty average shoppers in terms of selection and prices. The staff are almost all extremely friendly and helpful though they are following the standard to try to direct all customers to self checkout which has caused some confused and concern for older customers that I have witnessed. The pharmacy staff are generally helpful and relatively efficient.

I just had shopping in this store and was forced to drop off the items I had been looking for an hour. The explained that there was a limit of 4. Nowhere was written about that. I do a lot of shopping at Shoppers. It is a first time such thing happened to me. Awful service

Pharmacist Yaseer Dyyat is truly one of the most remarkable people I’ve ever met. He’s so kind, caring, professional and attentive with the patients who come to this drug store. Shoppers is incredibly lucky to have him, and I’m extremely thankful I came across him when I needed my healthcare needs to be addressed. Thank you so much again to Dr. Yaseer Dyyat

My wife's doctor prescribed a medication 2 days ago. He prescribed a max 3 month treatment (2 possible refills). Today when we purchased the (expensive) prescription, they sold us all 3 refills at once (we didn't see till we got home and opened it). It's very possible my wife takes the drug for a week at most if it doesn't work or agree with her. I assume we're stuck with all 3 months worth now. This is the first time I've ever seen a pharmacy do this. It's not just a very deceptive practice. It's also incredibly wasteful. It's not so long ago that we were being told the same pharmacy had supply chain issues with drugs. You may want to let the clients actually call in for the refills rather than taking advantage of your long time clients like this. I'll happily change my review if/when they stop this sort of behaviour. Till then we may switch to a more honest pharmacy.

My husband called a prescription for me as I was too sick to do it myself. I could not remember the name of the medication but told him it was a blue puffer and it's the only one I take. I knew I had refills. My husband called and the person on the phone was not helpful. They told him that the only medication I was describing was from a prescription 3 yrs ago. My husband was confused, so was I but told him to fill out. Husband went and picked up medication. The puffer was wrong. Phoned right away and they magically did find my prescription from 3 months ago. Next day my father in law picked up my medication as my husband was working. He had our insurance card in his hand and placed it on the counter. They did not use our insurance and instead we fully paid for the prescription. The only reason this place gets a 2 star is SOME staff are incredibly helpful and great but if you happen to go on a day they aren't working - it isn't great at all. I also agree with the other review about the entering into perfume. It's awful. I'm a woman and I avoid it like it's the death zone even though it does look pretty. I dread entering this location. Will be changing the whole family to another pharmacy because of all the issues. We simply can't afford the mess ups.

Predatory practice that puts others health in risk. Why does shoppers force their patients and customers to walk through perfumes and cosmetics aisle before being able to browse the store. This is moronic! I'm extremely sensitive to scents. This is the reason why I never shop at shoppers. Their primary focus is NOT medical and health. Their focus is to force cosmetics and scents on all shoppers including male shoppers young and old. This should be outlawed. As I'm being forced to walk through something that is UNHEATHLY for many. Another thing to add, I told the staff I'm deaf. Yet they continue to speak to me. Lack of education and training.
