He was extremely informative and taught me and nana so many facts about sleep apnea and even threw some laughs In there. Left feeling educated and confident with going home with her new bi-pap machine :) If everyone had his passion about his job we would have no problems in the world. After her first night with the machine she says she slept like a baby and It was actually comfortable to sleep with. Thanks Drew

He was most helpful and told us what my husband should be doing when he had a nap during the day that no one else had ever told us. We came away with more information and he also had a cense of humor which put us at ease. He also took my husband in the wheelchair up to the main door so I would not have to push him as he is a big man. Thank you to a wonderful man

As apparent to anyone who meets Drew, he is very knowledgeable and takes time to communicate his extensive information clearly. The excellent service he has provided to me over the years has been invaluable. It is very reassuring to know that Drew will quickly address any concern that may arise. This was so well demonstrated recently. Although I am temporarily in another province at the present time, I contacted Drew for a replacement CPAP machine, and he quickly arranged to have a machine sent to me.
