For anything from a single thank you arrangement to a large quantity of centre pieces for the BYA Gala, Crystal shows amazing creativity and knowledge each time. Her fresh arrangements never cease to impress, and generate amazing reactions! I cannot recommend enough!

Floral Envy delivered the next day and were less expensive. Saved the day!

I left a voice mail and she called me back within 8 minutes (impressive already). I ordered a “get well” basket of goodies around 12:30 and by 3:20 pm (the same day) I received an email from my friend who was gushing about the packaging and the contents — especially the Humbug Candy. The other items included cookies, popcorn, Brie, honey (from TrueBee by Peachey Farms, from our area just outside Ottawa - a nice surprise!) plus crackers and tea. My friend was delighted. I’d asked Crystal to send me the receipt and a photo of the basket, and she followed through as well. Thank you for the excellent service!!

The flowers Crystal picked are absolutely beautiful, my mom loves them! Beautiful flowers and great customer service. Allowed me to send my mom a gift while I live far away. Crystal also went above and beyond to make sure my mom got them. My mom didn’t pick up the phone as she didn’t recognize the number, but Crystal left a voicemail and texted my mom just to make sure someone was home to receive them. Thank you Floral Envy and Crystal!

She included a pot with birds on it to pay a special tribute to our little bird friend who hit the window in celebration of his recovery. Their shop used to be in the downtown Sheraton Hotel building on Slater St., so if you liked them when they were there, you will still like them because they are just as good now as they always were.
