Order doesnt show up, and owner says "oh, it was cancelled", and insisted it's because I must not know my way around email junk folders. When I even called the day prior to nake sure it was all good, and was told, "don't worry about it unless you got a cancelled message". So rather than actually taking the time to check it for me, when I asked, now I'm stuck without my flowers, it's too late to fix now. Go somewhere else if you dont want to worry about whether your order will actually show up. UPDATE because of owner's response: no "rejection" sent or recieved, and all could have been avoided if owner took 2 seconds to check status of order when I called to check and was told all was fine. If you read the response to all negative reviews here, owner refuses to accept any responsibility for any wrong doing on their part, ever. Always blames customer. Awful business practices. Avoid.

Due to pandemic restrictions, my plan was to pick it up but once new restrictions were in place, the owner called and delivered it herself at no extra cost. Overall, very pleased with my order and will be coming back in the future!

The bouquet was exactly as she described, and was actually a bit cheaper than expected. The flowers are gorgeous and my wife loved them. It was a great first experience, and I'll definitely be going back again.

The attached pictures explain it all: 1st - the picture of what I wanted (white wedding dress in the background). This was shown to owner and she warned us from the beginning that the final product won't look exactly like that - but never did I expect to get what I got -> see the other pictures (beige background). The last 3 pics with the black background are pics of the bouquet after my mother-in-law took it apart and put it back together adding whatever she could find around the house and in the neighbour's garden. The bouquet I got cost just under $200!!! My mom pointed out that not even the shape was right, let alone the flowers being different - which we expected, although she did originally say she would at least get the sunflower and the kala. She had an excuse for everything and said that the shape was not really round/spherical in the original picture but it was an optical illusion of how the bride held the bouquet. Really?! I tried holding it in every so many ways - not once was I able to take a pic where the thing she made looked spherical. Also: look at the bouquet! It looks thrown together not carefully assembled by a professional!

She truly made my Mother’s Day by taking extra time to talk with her and admire her plants and property. I cannot begin to describe what that meant to her. I have never heard her so happy, it truly made my day. What a fantastic flower artist and incredible woman you are Anika, thank you for making the delivery so personal and memorable. And those flowers…WOW!
