I don't think its professional when you done taxes late and you don't return phone calls and answers, I called their office and the secretary was so rude was kind of blaming me why I called to ask single question my tax preparation was confusing and they simply just get your money and service isn't there. they're also late don't do taxes on time. don't use their service this company is worst company when it comes to taxes. He was easily accessible via phone, able to answer my questions on the spot and without any prep, and was pleasant to speak with. I had a difficult time reaching other accounting firms and having them to take my individual issue - many responded saying they were not taking new clients or didn't respond at all.
