I was included in the assessment of what my mother needed and everything was explained to me clearly and my questions were answered. Explanations were given throughout the process including billing options and follow ups. A very good experience.

The staff at Handi-house were at all times friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their products! They were patient, caring, and understanding of the difficulties she was facing. Their product selection is also excellent, with a variety of options at different price points! I recommend Handi-House wholeheartedly to anyone who requires mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, bathroom safety equipment, etc. 5 stars! Thank you.
P	Peter Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have received outstanding service from Handi-House on my Dad's wheelchair, even after the virus has led to lockdowns in his retirement residence. Last week, one of the brake handles broke. We were concerned because it was a safety risk. I took the old handle into the Handi-House store on Colonnade expecting to wait for a week or more for the part to be ordered. They had a new brake handle, and had it installed on Dad's wheelchair in the retirement home later that same day. Recently, we also needed to replace a hand controller for Dad's hospital bed. Although Handi House did not carry it, and could order it in a couple of weeks, we needed it ASAP, so they recommended some other local suppliers who carried that line. Thanks to their help, we found the controller and installed it the same day. We appreciated that very, very much.
T	The Old Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thank you to everyone at Handi-House. This place knows how to treat their customers. My mother recently moved from one senior residence to another, we had ordered a new hospital bed from Handi-House to be delivered on her move in day. Not only was it delivered and set up on time, they also stopped by her old home and picked up her electric wheel chair, they wouldn't accept any money from us for doing this. Last week my moth accidentally drove over the charger for her wheel chair and broke the cord. Handi-House was able to bring her a loaner charger and although we opted to not have the old one fixed, they let her keep the loaner while we wait to have a new one delivered. With all that is happening these days, it is nice to know that because of the all the staff at Handi-House we had a lot less to worry about with my mother's move and settling in. Thanks again.

They have helped us find appropriate equipment for my Mom; made exchanges when necessary; and most recently helped with the selection of two lift chairs a transfer bench and swivel table for the one lift chair. Despite Covid-19 throwing a wrench into the first part of their delivery, staff handled themselves with professionalism, even returning to remove the old lift chair after being told to leave it for disposal and then having to return to remove it. I highly recommend Handi-House for service, quality and excellent pricing.

We decided that renting a hospital bed for a short time would help. We called around and found Handi-House had the best pricing. I spoke with Danny from the start and he clearly explained the charges and how things worked with regard to the rental agreement. It was set up the day and time promised. We rented for 4 months and had no problems at all. When we booked for pick up, Robert showed up on the day within the time period specified and removed the bed. Great service and professional people. One thing for the company to note - employees should be provided with ‘booties’ to go over shoes. The bed was in a newly carpeted room and so I was leery of stains. Thanks for the great service.

My pride chair was not working so I brought in my remote and power supply which Chris tested and determined to be good. He contacted Pride and found a solution to my problem. I have not even bought anything here yet but felt their service deserved a recommendation.

We were given a list of supplies in order to keep her at home where she belongs. It was very stressful not knowing what we could afford and where to start. I visited handy house and within 5 minutes the stress was relieved by the amazing service I received by the manager. We were well taken care of and everything was affordable. I highly recommend this team and their knowledge. We are grateful. Thank you.
