Good prices for refurbished tools.
Should be open Saturday for sales, and drop off repair service. But they are not.
They carry All makes and models of Makita batteries, discontinued or not. Batteries are new.
They have most makita accessories in stock or can order them in two days or less. Bags, belts, cases, holders, and bit kits are all here..no where else in stock to my knowledge, except online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my Air compressor to replace the shut off valve which they did at a fair price and went the extra mile to secure one of the rubber feet that fell off. This was a couples of year ago but what trigger me to write that review today is the very bad service i had with the yellow tool brand service center also in Ottawa. Because of the excellent service i had with the local service center i always choose Makita product whenever possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Store manager was incompetent, then a service tech came out. Said could not look at it unless it was all together. Unsafe he said as then the tech. Then the tech swished me out and then tell me to never come back. Told me nobody would look at. Told him I could take it anywhere and get it fixed. Unsafe. Take it to next depot who took in without a word. 3 week turn around.... Honesty. Call Makita who never return my call.
