★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've grown to like this place, in the few times I've been there. I've noticed the bulk packs of construction screw are cheaper than the identical ones at the Home Depot, so that's pretty cool. Their giant wall of pieces is pretty awesome, if a little hard to navigate for people that only come occaisonally. Thankfully they've been pretty good with helping me find stuff, so I can't complain. Never change OFS! (well, except maybe get a few more signs on that wall). Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice now I've been at this location and have felt that the staff was at very least unhelpful, and borderline, or even plainly rude. I give the store in bells corners five stars, but definitely have a much lower opinion of this location due to poor customer service from multiple staff at this location. In the future anytime I need something from OFS I'LL MAKE SURE I GO TO THE BELLS CORNERS LOCATION INSTEAD, AND WILL AVOID THIS LOCATION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and service with the best selection of fasteners! Really appreciate the new curb-side pickup model they’ve implemented. When you don’t know what size screw/bolt is needed, just bring in the piece and they’ll identify it for you.

It's been a stressful time getting everything to come together but he's made the tool and fastener part of it super easy. I'm appreciative of his professionalism and willingness to help out and answer my many questions. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been purchasing from both stores for a little while and I am have been impressed each time . Yesterday was just another great shopping experience , I called up the Robertson store and immediately was on the line with the young lady who was friendly and jovial, She took my order gave me a competitive price, She then proceeded to tell me someone would confirm my order within the hour. 40 minutes later a gentleman called me back to tell me my order was ready for pickup. Wow great service! Later in the afternoon called in to tell them I am ready to pickup my order . They took my information and within minutes came out with my order. Paid for it and on my way.
Why the five stars? In this day and age it is nice to receive the personal touch, You won't get that online or at the big box stores, Everyone i have met at OFS has done an exceptional job providing friendly, courteous knowledgeable service! I will definitely be returning to shop here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Community needs more businesses like this. Staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to provide knowledge and assistance. I was in this week looking for a tiny screw to repair a ski boot and the employee came up to me right away, found the proper screw and even got out a screwdriver to install the screw into the boot. The cashier was also very pleasant and offered lollipops to my kids.
Such a great experience. Highly recommend this store that provides a critical service to actually be able to fix things instead of throwing them out and having to buy new.
