★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered this swing and had it delivered with truck delivery. When we were assembling it we realized a few pieces were missing. I called this location and chatted with Paul in the seasonal department. Paul said to come on in and he would open up another one and get us any pieces we were missing. It was as simple as that. By the end of the day we had a fully assembled swing to enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved here and so far they have had everything thing we need to get set up and ready to go for our new home. From lumber to keys, to bathroom mirror cabinets, to doorbells, to paint. We have gone to other home improvement stores and some of them were missing some crucial items but not Lowes! They have really friendly and helpful, knowledgeable staff who want to make your shopping experience swift and complete. Would 10 on 10 recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no issues finding products there however there is a noticeable difference in staffing between Lowe's and Home Depot. If you are ok with self serve Lowe's should be fine but if you are looking for customer service you might want to go to Home Depot. These are essentially the exact same store just branded differently

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try to use this card its lows’s and Rona 3% discount today when i went cash casher said we don’t Except discard I try to call my manager and the manager say same thing I told them that’s weird I get this card and I can use it on laws and Rona store I never got any more to Lowe’s Rona best place to shop
