The whole experience gave us the peace of mind and confidence that we were getting top notch craftsmanship and value for our dollar. Helen, our designer, guided us through the design phase with her knowledge, experience and grace, incorporated our own ideas, and delivered on a stunning kitchen and ensuite bathroom reno of our dreams. It’s apparent that choosing the right construction team is a top priority for Copperstone as each skilled craftsmen’s performance could not have been of higher quality. A shout out to Jeff Elders whose workmanship and work ethic was outstanding. The entire project was on time and amazingly on budget. We are super happy with the quality of the work that was done. Everything was on budget and on time, which doesn't seem to be the normal experience for large renovations. Our designer (Lindsey) was great and very patient with our questions. ALL the workers who came to our home were courteous, pleasant and hard working - we especially appreciated Ron and Sebastian who were there most of the time. We would recommend Copperstone to anyone looking to have their kitchen renovated.

We knew what we didn't like but were open to anything to transform the space into a new modern kitchen. From our initial meeting with Norm in coming up with new ideas for with the space. Having our amazing designer Lindsey (like she lived with us) select the colors/features that fit perfectly for our needs in the kitchen. Jeff and Justin (who is a master in his craft) with their team masterfully transform the paper design to actual finished product. Mark working diligently through all the scheduling and supply challenges that came up due to COVID. Any issues that did come up (very minor ones) were quickly addressed and resolved to all of our satisfaction. During the whole renovation process our whole family felt completely safe and secure during the challenging times that we are in. Copperstone comes highly recommended and we would be definitely contacting again for the bathroom redesign. Many thanks!

After an excellent collaboration working through our design ideas and requirements the pandemic started and put a halt to our project. Once work could resume the Copperstone team made every effortt o ensure they could complete our project in a manner that was safe for both us and their employees. Surprisingly the project was completed with minimal delay given the circumstances and the end result has significantly exceeded our expectations. We now have a kitchen that truly feels like the heartbeat of the house. The entire family really enjoys sharing the space while cooking meals, chatting, and or working. Sometimes it's hard to find a seat. :) Copperstone truly earned our unreserved, highest recommendation. The team is extremely professional and deliver high quality work. They are a true partner, guiding you through the process, fixing mistakes that occur along the way, and are genuinely keen to complete a project with pride. We would not hesitate to work this team again any time on any renovation project. In fact we look forward to it!

It's now my favourite room. The entire team at Copperstone were professional, and extremely skilled at what they do. The project ran like clockwork - thanks to their incredible project management, and communication was always open and frequent.(Daily) I loved the BuilderTrend app that allowed me to access daily updates with photos! The Copperstone team were able to adapt to an "older" condominium building rules and even with that, the renovation finished on time Feb 28, just before the COVID lockdown. I was very impressed! I would recommend Copperstone Kitchens & Renovations to anyone looking for a reliable company to remodel or renovate any space in your home.

My husband and I knew we wanted to renovate in 2018 and started the conversation with Lindsey EARLY. She was a true delight to deal with, and has been with us through the entire process. The customer service that she offers is simply amazing. Our kitchen itself is BEAUTIFUL. It is by far our favourite room in our home, and no details were too small or too big for Copperstone to take on. Their suggestions from beautiful finishes to technical work that we would need to either do or not (the pipes in our entire house) were so well thorough, and we trusted their recommendations completely. The renovation also took place over my birthday, and on my birthday they showed up with homemade cupcakes for me to celebrate!! As I've been saying - attention to detail! When we had a small issue a year later, I reached out to Lindsey and within the same day our original Project Manager, Jeff, was in our house and setting up for a plumber to come and fix the issue the next day - which was beyond wonderful. I can honestly say that I have never received such incredible customer service from any company in my life time, and we cannot wait to use them again for more renovations in the future. A million thank yous Lindsey, Jeff and the entire Copperstone Team!

There were snags but each was addressed. The trades were excellent and showed pride of craftsmanship. Copperstone is a great company.
