★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered over the phone, got a call back to pay for and pick my order up 30 minutes later. It was less than 5 minutes wait to have my order brought out to the truck when I got to the store.
Update: Still the best place to find parts when everywhere else fails. Found a part there to fix a lawn roller I bought at princess auto 5 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection of items at good prices but it is much easier to order online. Because of the store size (relatively small) many items can't be seen as they are stored in the back of the store so need to ask for them by specific name and can't browse options. Sadly this makes shopping in person pointless. Also ailes and narrow and packed. Not a big deal when store is quiet but chaotic when it is busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in looking for clamps that were on sale. An associate walked me right to them. The 60 inch, on sale, were sold out. The 48 inch was NOT on sale but he gave me the sale discount and a rain check sale price for the 60s. Great guy, sorry I didn't get his name.
When I got to the cash out, they opened another cash to speed us out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a person who likes tinkering with everything, Princess auto pretty much always delivers on price. The quality can sometimes be a little less than you'd want, but I've never had any issues with the many many products I've bought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 1 1/2 hours to pick up my motorcycle lift and called 1/2 hour ahead to confirm the pick up. Arrived and was told I had to wait 45 minutes, customer service was less than sympathetic and returned 1 hour later to be told it would be another 50 minutes. End result Chris had us loaded up in no time but the front customer service associate did not communicate properly with the staff in receiving nor was she at all apologetic to us for her error and instead was placing blame on the shipping receiving staff. Not a great experience but I think this is due to a disgruntled employee that lacked communication skills overall. Did not even receive a simple “Hello how may I help you?” I knew right then and there I was not in good hands. Sadly my first big purchase with this store will now be my last.
