★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peinture que nous avons acheté était pleine de grumeaux. Selon la responsable nous aurions dû faire arrêter le peintre, le faire attendre chez nous, le temps d'aller l'échanger. Ce fût une expérience déplaisante et décevante. Le service à la clientèle était peu compréhensif et peu sympathique. La situation s'est réglé très rapidement suite à cet avis. Nous sommes satisfait de la solution.
The paint we bought was full of lumps. According to the manager, we should have arrested the painter, made him wait at home, the time to go and exchange him. It was an unpleasant and disappointing experience. Customer service was not very understanding and sympathetic. The situation was resolved very quickly following this advice. We are satisfied with the solution.
