★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j'ai appelé le 03-septembre -2020 a 14:47 et le monsieur qui ma répondu mas carrément envoyer promener et a jamais chercher a savoir qui j'étais. J'ai appelé cette journée pour un adapteur qui se branche sur une borne fontaine avec une sortie 2po je croyais avoir les information nécessaire pour qu'il me dissent oui j'ai ce qu'il te faut !!! Mais non il mas dit "ses pas bin bin claire ton affaire rappel quand tu saura qu'es tu vx".je dirige une entreprise en construction et me faire répondre de la sorte je suis sans mot. Avoir un employé qui répondrais au client de cette façons
ce serait inacceptable.
I called 03-September -2020 at 14:47 and the gentleman who answered me was to send for a walk and never to find out who I was. I called this day for an adapter that plugs into a fire hydrant with a 2in outlet I thought I had the necessary information for them to tell me yes I have what you need !!! But no he said "its not bin bin clear your business call back when you know you are". I run a business under construction and make me answer like this I am speechless. Have an employee who would respond to the customer in this way
that would be unacceptable.
