★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service, j'ai été mal informé pour un branchement de spa et ils n'informent pas le client qu'il n'y pas de retour même si c'est seulement l'emballage qui est ouvert. Même si j'étais prêt à payer des frais de retour, ils n'ont pas voulu trouver un terrain d'entente. De plus les employés sont ignorants de leurs propres politiques de retour et j'ai dû revenir après les vacances du directeur. Pire expérience client à vie.
Very poor service, I was misinformed for a spa hookup and they don't inform the customer that there is no return even if it is only the packaging that is opened. Even though I was willing to pay return shipping, they didn't want to find common ground. Also the employees are ignorant of their own return policies and had to come back after the manager's vacation. Worst customer experience ever.
