â â â â â J'avais choisi une cĂ©ramique luisante et il y a eu un problĂšme aprĂšs qu'elle soit installĂ©e et le problĂšme Ă©tait dans la composition de la cĂ©ramique. Le propriĂ©taire de couvre plancher Chapdelaine est venu essayer un produit et ça n'a pas fonctionnĂ© Ensuite il est venu avec la reprĂ©sentante qui lui a demandĂ© d'essayer un autre produit pour rĂ©gler la situation et ça n'a pas fonctionnĂ©. Il a donc recommandĂ© de nouvelles tuiles et Ă la livraison on s'est aperçu qu'il y avait encore un dĂ©faut. Le propriĂ©taire m'a donc conseillĂ© de choisir une nouvelle cĂ©ramique et dans un dĂ©lai d'une semaine, la cĂ©ramique Ă©tait arrivĂ©e et ses employĂ©s sont venus rapidement enlever l'ancienne cĂ©ramique et poser la nouvelle et tout ça en prenant beaucoup de prĂ©cautions pour faire le moins de poussiĂšre possible. De plus, lorsque ses employĂ©s travaillaient chez nous, le propriĂ©taire est venu Ă plusieurs reprises s'assurer que tout se passait bien et qu'on Ă©tait satisfait. MĂȘme s'il fait pleinement confiance Ă ses employĂ©s il a quand mĂȘme pris la peine de venir vĂ©rifier que tout se passait bien. Vraiment, M Turcotte (le propriĂ©taire) est mon idole en ce qui concerne le service Ă la clientĂšle. WOW! WOW! WOW! ça rĂ©sume bien mon expĂ©rience avec Couvre Plancher Chapdelaine.
I had chosen a shiny ceramic and there was a problem after it was installed and the problem was in the composition of the ceramic. The owner of Chapdelaine flooring came to try a product and it didn't work. Then he came with the representative who asked him to try another product to resolve the situation and it didn't work. He therefore recommended new tiles and on delivery we noticed that there was still a defect. So the owner advised me to choose a new ceramic and within a week, the ceramic had arrived and his employees quickly came to remove the old ceramic and put the new one and all that taking great care to make as little dust as possible. In addition, when his employees worked for us, the owner came several times to make sure that everything was going well and that we were satisfied. Even if he fully trusts his employees, he still took the trouble to come and check that everything was going well. Really, Mr. Turcotte (the owner) is my customer service idol. WOW! WOW! WOW! that sums up my experience with Couvre Plancher Chapdelaine.

Ils connaissent Ă fond leurs produits. Avons fait poser un vinyle commercial par-dessus une cĂ©ramique avec cĂąbles chauffants. Ils ont Ă©tĂ© les seuls Ă nous faire une recommandation professionnelle et ont rĂ©pondu Ă nos questions techniques. Nous venons de lâextĂ©rieur de Drummond et ils ont cĂ©dulĂ©s la date des travaux quâils ont respectĂ©s. Nous vous les recommandons fortement pour tout genre de recouvrement de planchers.
A really professional team as we rarely see and really focused on customer service. Their sales manager came to the house to make us an esteemed and came back the day of the installation to give instructions to their poser Yves who did us an extraordinary job. They know their products thoroughly. Have a commercial vinyl installed over a ceramic with heating cables. They were the only ones to make us a professional recommendation and answered our technical questions. We come from outside Drummond and they have scheduled the date of the works they have respected. We strongly recommend them for any kind of floor covering.
