J'ai du leur refaire reprendre la job car je voyait les coups de papier sabler dans la peinture . On me redonner l'auto une semaine plustard et maintenant j'ai deux beau gros grain pris dans le clear . Je ne conseille pas .. Following a collision on my 2016 jetta they repainted my by shock arierre. I had to redo their job again because I saw the blows of sandpaper in the paint. They give me the car a week later and now I have two beautiful large grains caught in the clear. I do not advise ..

Mon conjoint est aller pour une évaluation sur notre véhicule et le minic qui etait au service n'a même pas pris le temps de verifier nos bris. Il était beaucoup trop occuper à laver son truck ! Ça lui a pris 2 min pour lui dire et je cite ; QUINZE CENT A 2000 ! il na même pas regarder, il na même pas vue notre ailes cabosser il a refuser de regarder notre piece de rechange que nous avions déjà pour le pare-chocs et il conclu avec ce prix exorbitant .. je déconseille fortement cette endroit. Honestly incompetent service! If I could give 0 stars I would! My partner went for an evaluation on our vehicle and the minic which was in service did not even take the time to check our breakages. He was too busy washing his truck! It took him 2 min to tell him and I quote; FIFTEEN HUNDRED TO 2000! he didn't even look, he didn't even see our battered wings, he refused to look at our spare part that we already had for the bumper and he concluded with this exorbitant price .. I strongly recommend this place.

Ne fait que la réparation minimum sur le papier d'assurance même si le dommage supplémentaires n'aurait pas augmenter substantiellement le prix (expert à l'appui ). J'ai spécifié que j'étais prêt à payer le supplément. Résultat, si je veux réparer ce dommage, je dois tout refaire ce qui a été fait. Ni aller pas si vous voulez un travail de qualité et orienté vers la satisfaction client. When requesting a claim through an insurance company, do not fully distribute the damage already present on the same part. Only does the minimum repair on the insurance paper even if the additional damage would not substantially increase the price (expert support). I specified that I was ready to pay the supplement. Result, if I want to repair this damage, I have to redo everything that has been done. Or go if you want quality work focused on customer satisfaction.

Very bad service we are not called back, they pretend not to understand us and this dealer takes a high profit mark on OEM parts.
