Charles Raymond is an absolutely lovely young man. No high pressure sales. A nice low-key approach to helping you find the right vehicle for your needs. Would happily deal with Charles again for a future ride. Edit to add that Charles not only provides great service, he is also there for after-sales service. I have reached out a couple of times for follow-up items, unrelated to the purchase, and Charles has answered each message promptly and acted upon my request in a friendly and supportive manner.

Edit to a previous review that I wrote: I had an issue with one of the employees and applying the loyalty rewards that this dealership offers that made a very poor impression on me. However, Andrew responded and was able to remedy the situation regarding the loyalty program, which I’m grateful for. It’s nice to know that management is truly interested in offering a good customer experience, and I felt like my concerns were heard and considered.

My husband on and I leased our new Civic 2022 with the help of Charles and Tory. After going through a car accident the last thing we needed was stress from a sales person and Charles energy was so refreshing. He never pressured us into anything, gave us all the information we needed to know and even suggested for us to bring in our carseat to test with the car because he knew how important car seat compatibility was to us. I don't say this often but Charles and Tory were truly the best of the bests. Thank you Honda Kanata!!

The buying experience was straightforward but after the deal was done I was on my own. The vehicle I purchased was a 2018 civic and was 'Honda certified' which claims a robust inspection was performed prior to putting the car into their inventory. I noticed only a few days after getting the car there was a slight rattle on start-up (figured it was a cold start thing) and didn't think much more of it. After driving some more I could still hear the rattling and thought it was odd. I investigated by looking underneath and having someone start the vehicle; lo and behold I saw the heat baffle above the muffler was loose, the thin metal baffle was not fully secured (bolted in). I contacted my salesperson via email and gave a week to see if a response would come in. This email was sent 3 weeks ago and I have not been contacted since. The cost of parts is approximately $1.22 for each bolt and I am shocked they are willing to take a hit on customer service for this. Considering it was "certified" I was expecting a more personalized service or even a simple reply to my email... *Edit: Sales person was not able to login into emails or set an out of office for 2-3 weeks while they were away. Sadly this also indicates how they communicate with their clients who spend thousands of dollars on a new vehicle. Thank you kindly for the reply I will take my business elsewhere.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Kanata Honda. A Honda Civic from Charles and Tory. This process was stress-free thanks to the professionalism and respect from the team. Lots of details provided to make a well informed decision. A quality car from a quality dealer.

Went in to inquire about a used car about 2 weeks ago. The appointment was great until I mentioned I would have to wait a few days before putting a deposit down on the car (which I knew meant I might lose out on it) and was met with some hostility. Wood tried very hard to get me to put the deposit down the same day, and made me feel bad for not being able to put down the payment right away. Although this immediately gave me the impression that the sale was all that mattered to him, I continued on as I really liked the car. A few hours after my appointment they made an exception for my payment (which I really appreciated). After my initial appointment I was sent to Fathi as Wood was on vacation or just unavailable, again, I was fine with this. After picking up my car I had a few questions that I forgot to ask previously, but days later I’ve yet to hear back. If they had any care whatsoever about their customers, they definitely don’t act like it. Of course now that the car is sold they no longer have any care in being of any help. Their products are good, their customer service is not. Honorable mention for Cody, the finance manager, as he was really great. My rating is 2 stars because the overall level of customer service was lacklustre and really made me feel like money was the only thing the sales reps cared about. It’d be nice if they could extend their fake kindness for a few weeks longer to help their customers out with any additional questions or concerns they may have.

We bought our 2022 Honda Civic with Fathi and he was amazing! He made sure the car was perfect and ready for pick up, gave us an unheard of deal and even washed and detailed the car for us himself! We definitely recommend Kanata Honda they have great customer service and work hard to give the best deals!
