Worst service imaginable, avoid at all costs. Last year it took Myers Kanata Hyundai over a day to change my tires. This year, I made the mistake of going to them again since I stored my tires with them. I was quoted around 60$ to change my tires that already had rims on, which was very clearly discussed on the phone when arranging the appointment. The day of, they started the service with installing tires on rims for some reason - I was able to call to correct that service before they abruptly hung up on me. It came up to 110$ two and a half hours later - basically around the same price as having my tires installed on rims. Jackie at the service desk was extremely rude and chalked it up to environmental fees, was disinterested in explaining the breakdown, and said I could talk to someone else on Monday - which I highly doubt will happen. I asked why my messages were never returned in previous calls and she suggested that I don’t leave message next time, really classy Jackie.

I bought a brand new 2022 Elantra N-Line from here. My sales representative Joy was a pleasure to deal with. She presented with me the info I needed regarding the features I was looking for and was very patient in the negotiating process. She made the buying experience very positive and was willing to help me negotiate best deal with her manager. I would recommend you ask for Joy if you are looking for a knowledgeable and positive sales rep to help you purchase your next car

Best experience ever! Had a major issue on my 2012 Hyundai Tucson for which Hyundai Canada advised me to contact the dealer. That's when I met Jackie Cyr and Colin Mayr. They worked really hard to get my car up and running again, even provided me with a rental so that I can go to work while I wait for my vehicle to get fixed. While it did take a while (since it's a 2012), it was worth the wait. Jackie kept in touch and provided me with updates. I must say that in all my years working with dealers, this has been the best experience I have ever had! Kudos to Jackie and Colin and to the whole Myers Hyundai team!! You guys ROCK!!!!

We purchased our 2021 Santa Fe Hybrid last April and have really been pleased with it. Great value for a great price. The service department has been outstanding. Special mention go out to the service manager, Chris and the general manager, Colin who went out of their way to help us with an unexpected problem that occurred to our vehicle at the end of Jan this year. During g a specially cold spell the "check engine light" came on then extinguished a couple of days later. We were concerned as we were scheduled to go on southern vacation for the month of March and had the vehicle checked out prior to departure. The inspection revealed that a fuel throttle body was required. So one was promptly ordered. However unbeknownst to everyone, the part wouldn't arrive till sometime in March due to supply logistics problems Nevertheless, thanks to the outanding efforts of both Chris and Colin, who were able to come up with a solution so we could still make our trip. Terrific customer service, we highly recommend Myers Kanata Hyundai for your vehicle needs.

Booked an oil change appointment weeks ago. Arrived to drop off my car 10mins early and was told it would take a couple of hours! Note this quote from their website: "Please Note: Oil changes take just 30 minutes!" I get that everyone is struggling with consistent staffing right now but a courtesy call ahead of my appointment to set expectations and allow me to make arrangements would have gone a long way. If the service department doesn't have time to make these calls why not have one of the many sales staff idling around the dealership make the calls?

Take everything they say with extreme caution. Took our car in for a rust check, and they came at us with $3,500 of repairs immediately needed. After a couple of questionable experiences, we decided to get a second opinion from a more reputable dealership. After paying for inspection, they came at us with nothing! Actually gave us brake pad depth and all other pertinent details. Myers Hyundai is super shady, and highly recommend you avoid for all service and purchases.

Dominic made my car buying experience amazing. Being a single mom and having all my must haves and wants in a vehicle that I could afford was amazing. Highly recommend Dominic for anyone asking to find the best and feel the most comfortable in a dealership. Definitely will be back there when it's time to upgrade again.

Finish reading this post as I’m writing to deter people from a potentially negative experience. Beware, as they will put their profit before their relationship with loyal customers. My husband bought himself a car here and today had to fix the knock sensor. After assessing the issue, they quoted an exorbitantly high price as compared to other highly esteemed mechanics in the area. So when we tried to cancel, they refused and claimed that they had already started the job and were almost done (untrue). They claimed they charged $150/hr and finished the job in 2 hours, but then charged for 4 hours total because β€œyou pay a booked time and it doesn’t change even if it’s done faster”. We did not book for 4 hours. Additionally, my husband bought me a car here last year and planned a simple surprise for me at the dealership but once he had paid and signed the papers, they didn’t care to do what they had agreed to do and just gave us the keys to go find the car in the lot. It was supposed to be a special moment but they ruined everything once they had what they wanted. So this is the second time they have let us down. I don’t think this is fair and do not feel cared for as a customer who has purchased multiple vehicles with them. Yes, these are businesses, but I advise you to get someone who also cares about the β€œpeople” that buy the cars and services rather than just the money that exchanges hands.
